FRED LERCH
With over 30 years experience in Real Estate Sales I am a well respected member of the Victoria Real Estate Board and Sutton Group earning many MLS Awards and the highest Platinum Award for production and service. I have also earned an Associate Brokers Licence and an Economics Degree from the University of Victoria, BC.
I grew up in Salzburg, Austria in a large, happy family and have many wonderful memories growing up at the foot of the mountains. I developed a passion for hiking and became an accomplished skier. I have since added Marathon running, tennis and cycling to my list of accomplishments. Golfing is my new challenge. Having traveled the globe, I find Victoria and our island to have some of the most unparalled beauty of any place in the world. Here is where I call home.
